CHILDREN’S FOOT PROBLEMS
We provide treatments for children with a wide variety of foot problems. This includes foot, shin, knee, hip, thigh, neck or shoulder ¬pain, flat feet, bow legs, intoe walking, toe walking, nail damage, sweaty feet. BIOMECHANICS/ORTHOTICS
We will take detailed measurements of your feet to prescribe the most suitable insoles to alleviate your foot/leg/ankle pain. We prescribe custom or fully bespoke functional foot orthoses. A full discussion of product choices and costs in relation to clinical need and outcomes are available prior to the commencement of any treatment. We aim to cure soft tissue and muscle inefficiency resulting in pain, by the realignment of foot and lower limb function.
NAIL CARE
You may be experiencing problems with thickened, misshaped nails or indeed having trouble cutting your nails satisfactorily. We can tailor a treatment programme specific to your needs.
CORNS / CALLUSES
It is not uncommon for people to suffer from painful corns and callous on their feet. They occur over areas of pressure and are related to the underlying function of your feet. VERRUCAE
We use a combination of cryotherapy (liquid nitrogen) and chemical cautery which we find particularly effective in combating problematic verrucas. The liquid nitrogen is held here, on site, at minus 200 degrees C, which provides excellent quality to freeze ball creation in verrucae tissue.
MINOR NAIL SURGERY
Minor Nail Surgery For reoccurring nail pain, involution or recurring infection we also offer permanent removal of the problematic nail section. This is performed using local anaesthetic plus caustic application to the nail matrix to prevent nail regrowth. Contact us for more information.
IN GROWING TOENAILS
In growing toenails Precision removal of the offending piece of nail will be carried out at your appointment with a local anaesthetic if required.
