OUR POLICY FOR APPOINTMENT CHANGES

We do our very best to ensure all patients are accommodated for their individual appointment needs. We are especially proactive in securing an urgent appointment for patients in pain.

In order for us to run an efficient diary and schedule emergency treatment we kindly ask that all patients notify us of appointment changes with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This notice period enables us to allocate the appointment to another patient in need.

We understand it is not always possible to notify us with 24 hours’ notice and will take personal circumstances into consideration, however, in the event of multiple late notice changes we will request advance payment prior to re-booking an appointment.

Should you need to move or postpone an appointment please telephone the clinic; if we are unable to take your call, please leave a voice message. If you are unable to call, please send notification with your best contact telephone number to our email address: reception@sallyvarneyclinic.co.uk. We will be in touch to re-arrange the appointment unless advised that you will contact us in due course.
